Kevin Brucato, straight out of Binghamton University, began his 15 years of experience at Bozell in 1992. After five years in the studio there, he moved up to become the Studio Manager and went on to pioneer one of the first agency in-house prepress facilities. He then went on to found Studio PSD in 2004 while at the same time serving as Director of Creative Services at Lowe. Currently Kevin is heading up the creative network for the Americas at Williams Lea. Here he is using his advertising and operational experience to develop the already fast growing US creative network. Kevin is a recognized digital visionary and innovative thinker, experienced at implementing cutting-edge technologies and building cohesiveness between client, agency, and creative services. He is committed to ensuring creativity and high quality in a fast-paced boutique culture. He is a people person (he majored in Psychology), a leader with a proven record in recruiting strong talent and maintaining eager employees.

Tom LoPresti graduated St John's University in 1974 with a BS in Criminal Justice. He was the founder and owner and President of Sureway Worldwide Express for 25 years he brought that company to the public market in 2001, he was responsible for bringing that company to an annual billing of $ 50,000,000. Tom is currently a partner in Axis Global Logistics, a $ 40,000,000 per year entity with an average annual sales growth of 15%. Tom is responsible for the Axis franchise offices he has cultivated over the past 5 years and has set these Axis warehouse facilities up in Chicago, Minneapolis, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Denver, Toronto, & Washington DC. In his past time Tom enjoys Golf, Boating and fishing.

Martin Lavoie Martin Lavoie graduated from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Montreal, Canada, in 1996, with a major in finance. After working as Account Manager for Freedman International plc in London, UK, Martin moved to New York City to hone his business knowledge. In 2002, Martin began working for Assouline Publishinga high-end creative service agency and international publisher specializing in the luxury lifestyle market. In 2003, he was promoted to Production Director, and successfully managed the schedules, budgets, and quality-control issues for every project. In one accounting quarter alone, his streamlining efforts saved the company a half a million dollars. Martin is currently Senior Production Manager for Laird + Partnersan innovative boutique-style advertising firmwhere he is known for his ability to handle everything from account planning to traffic control to studio and post-production work on some of the firms largest accounts. Known for his creative problem-solving skills and his solid attention to detail, Martin continues to challenge his knowledge base, most recently beginning a certification program for advertising, marketing, and branding at NYU. His commitment to being at the forefront of cutting-edge industry techniques makes him an established visionary in the field.
