 Outside Sales Executive

You are an exceptional performer who can sell high- end conceptual services and visual brand strategies to VP and C- level management at mid to large companies.
 
You must have exceptional hunting and closing skills and be able to work independently without supervision.
 
You have successful experience selling in a two - three call sell cycle in a competitive environment. You should be a highly motivated self-starter.
 
Your passion is exceeded only by your work ethic. You have consultative selling skills and execute complex selling cycles by customizing solutions for your clients.
 
You have a solid history of expanding and penetrating large accounts as well as the ability to bring in new business.  You are part entrepreneur, part corporate executive and goal oriented.
 
Experience and knowledge of graphic visual merchandising and project management is helpful. Experience with grand/large format printing and graphic technology will set you apart.
 
You will be starting with an account list and will be expected to double this through account development and new business in the first year. You must have prior earning history of $80k in a variable comp plan with the need to make $120k.

Position Description (NY Metro Senior Account Executive)

1. Develop contacts and penetrate target accounts and advertising agencies that serve our target customers
2. Develop qualified leads provided thru our marketing and lead generation program
3. Solution selling approach requiring deep account knowledge and an understanding of client needs and marketing challenges
4. Develop and build long term client relationships
5. Work effectively with other Structural Graphics sales colleagues and strategic partners to develop leads and close business
6. Competitive commission based compensation package with unlimited earning potential

Position Requirements

1. Experienced sales candidate with agency experience or experience selling to media planning, direct mail agencies and advertisers
2. Executive level solution selling experience
3. Understanding of direct mail, commercial and digital print and one to one marketing
4. A current, deep Rolodex of agency and corporate contacts in NY Metro market
5. High energy, creativity and flexibility to work effectively in an entrepreneurial environment 
6. Ability and capacity to effectively manage a long, complex sales cycle
7. Interested in continual learning and professional growth
8. Proven track record of successful sales growth
