ADVERTISING PRODUCTION CLUB OF NEW YORK ANNOUNCES THE 2009 ADVERTISING PRODUCTION PERSON OF THE YEAR AWARD (APPY) WINNERS, APC RISING STAR AWARD WINNERS AND THE DR. JAMES P. DELUCA LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD WINNER
The APC hosted its Spring Beginnings network event this evening at the G2 Lounge in the West Village of Manhattan. APC president, Dan Marselle along with Nubar Nakashian, APC APPY Award Committee Chairperson, announced this years award winners for the Advertising Production Person of the Year (APPY) and its other award winners.
The agency APPY award winner is Anthony Bellacicco from DraftFCB. THE vendor winner is Gary Cordovano of Imetch Graphics. This years APC Rising Star award winners are Bryant Santana from DraftFCB and Pam Stomel of Ramsey Press. The winner of the James P. Deluca Lifetime Achievement award is Nick Patrissi.
These award winners will be honored for their achievements at this years APC Gala to be held on September 17th at the Battery Gardens from 6:30 PM 10:30 PM.
The APC is hosting a new format for this years event. This year will be a true celebration with an extended cocktail hour, buffet dinner, live music and table sponsorships. In consideration of the current economic climate, the APC is offering tickets at a discounted ticket rate of $250 (normally $325).
The APC will be offering exclusive sponsorship opportunities. All sponsors receive prominent mention in the associations extensive pre and post-event publicity and APC website, printed program and venue signage. Final deadline for all sponsorships will be September 1st.
This is the premiere industry event of the 2009 award season; a great way to get back to work and networking after the long summer. Join the APC in celebrating the tradition of this fine organization, its membership and this years much deserving honorees.
