Scholarship Application


 The Application Process

An applicant must file a completed hard-copy application with the APC office as per the scheduled deadline with all supporting documentation (i.e., registration receipt for the new semester, college transcript, acceptance letter,etc.), in confirmation of matriculation and full-time status. Guidelines and applications are available from the Advertising Production Club office or they can be downloaded to the right.

 The Award Process

Funds (i.e. the Scholarship Awards) are applied to tuition expenses for the new semester, and are submitted directly to the college bursar's office with reference to the scholarship recipient identified by his/her I.D. number. 

Students are eligible to receive only one award from any of the APC Scholarship Programs per year.

Scholarship recipients must reapply for any APC-sponsored award on an annual basis. Scholarships will not be renewed automatically. The student's records will be reviewed at the end of the academic year, along with the new application. If the application is complete, all criteria have been met, and the student has maintained a grade point average of B or higher, the award may be extended for an additional year. If the student has failed to maintain at least a B average, funds for the next academic year will be denied.

Preference will be given to those individuals who have not previously been awarded a scholarship through the APC.
